The safety of our artists, fans, and staff is always our top priority and planned for accordingly. We encourage those who are sick to stay home, and remind everyone coming to our venues to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use hand sanitizer.
We continue to implement preventive measures at all Live Nation Venues in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies. We have taken the following steps to help ensure the health and safety of everyone who walks into our buildings:
Extra hand sanitizer dispensers at all bathroom areas, concessions stands, lobbies, offices and backstage
Additional signage and messaging in restrooms, backstage and offices to help reinforce basic health and hygiene practices
Eliminating hand pump condiment dispensers, providing individual packages instead
Granting fans ability to bring disposable wipes and hand sanitizers into all venues
Janitorial staff equipped with additional USDA and Food Code Compliant disinfectants and wipes for immediate cleaning response
Increased frequency of cleaning routines and disinfection of high touch areas

How do I pay for stuff?
We gladly accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards at our Box Office and Souvenir stands. Credit cards will only be accepted from the account holder and picture ID is required. No checks or second party credit cards are accepted. If you forgot to bring cash, there are two ATMS on the premises.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
I am hungry / thirsty. Is there anything to eat or drink?
The theater offers a variety of traditional items at our concessions stands. We also have a full bar with beer, wine, and select mixers for adults 21 years and older. Picture ID is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Concessions items are cash only.
I have a disability. Is Toyota Presents Oakdale accessible for me?
Theater and all facilities are fully ADA accessible. Elevator access to all levels of the facility. Special seating is available for patrons with mobility impairments, visual impairments and hearing impairments. Infra-red hearing devices are available for all shows free of charge (ID required) at the administrative offices.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code however shirts and shoes are required.
Can I smoke?
This is a non-smoking facility. A smoking area is located outside of the lobby for attendees.
Should I bring my camera?
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. This policy is subject to change pending artist discretion.
Toyota Presents Oakdale offers a wide variety of programming. Parents and guardians are urged to contact the box office for information on a specific show. For most events, children who are 12 months - 2 years must have a ticket and occupy their own seat. Please contact our Box Office for more information on an event-specific basis.
So, where do I sit?
Most events are reserved seating. All 100 and 200 sections are located on the main level of the facility and are labeled 'Orchestra'. The 2nd level of the facility is comprised of the Loge and Balcony 300 sections. For theater events with a General Admission Pit the front rows of the theatre are removed. With a maximum pit capacity the first sellable row (with an actual seat) is row N of sections 100-101-102-103 and 104. Events held in The Dome at Oakdale are general admission / standing room only. Please plan on arriving at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Late seating is at the discretion of the artist and management.

I am ready to buy tickets. How do I do that?
Buy tickets at Ticketmaster.com. In addition, you can contact our local Box Office for additional information on events by calling 203-265-1501. Group discounts are available for many of our shows. Minimum requirements, discounts and payment policies vary from event to event. Please contact our Box Office for group sales information at 203-269-8721. The Box Office regular opening hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays. The Box Office is closed on weekends and evenings unless an event is scheduled. For weekend performances the box office opens 2 hours prior to the event. On event nights the box office will close no earlier than 30 minutes after the start of the show. Tickets purchased at our box office are subject to a service charge.
How do I get my tickets if they are at Will Call?
Will Call is open during regular business hours and on event nights. Any unclaimed Will Call tickets will be brought to the Administrative Offices for latecomers. Picture ID is required for all tickets picked up from Will Call. However, if you will not be arriving with other members of your party, please plan to secure your tickets in advance, as the Box Office can not accept tickets to be left at Will Call for someone arriving late.

Where do I park?
All parking is on site and is included in the price of your ticket. VIP parking is located in the lot closest to the main entrance of the facility for an additional charge and may be purchased in advance at all points of sale. VIP parking may also be purchased just prior to show time at the entrance to the lot. Sales are cash only and are subject to availability. Parking for the disabled is located in the spaces directly in front of the theater for no additional charge and is available to patrons who possess a handicapped parking sticker, hang tag or license plate.
